Learn more about how we differ…

Our Approach

Our approach is different. We recognize that while some challenges are the same, your experience with governance and fundraising is directly related to organizational culture. LSA works to capitalize on your organizational culture to create growth.

Our Strategy

We work directly with staff and boards, offering hands-on assistance to create measurable results that can be replicated and continued long after our work is complete.

Our Standard

We are the only firm with two BoardSource Certified Governance Consultants and a member of the faculty of The Fund Raising School at the Indiana University Lilly School of Philanthropy.

LSA is direct and blunt with advice and draws on years of experience with funders, both private and public. At LSA, we are known and sought for our direct approach to counsel. In fact, organizations that desire change engage LSA.
